ARTACHMENT
Starting in 2007, the Artachment hosted rotating exhibitions of contemporary art. The space was founded by Raphael Bottazzini. In 2018, Roman Signer created the ceiling installation Platz ist in der kleinsten Hütte. For what? To fly, of course. It remains a permanent installation in the building, protected by a second ceiling, and is unveiled on special occasions or upon request. The artist duo THYLACINE – Mischa Düblin and Fabian Unold – also created the outdoor installation Schein, which is currently on hold due to a lack of power supply. In 2023, the venue received a room-filling final project, Bank&Stapel, by Raphael Bottazzini. A part of Bank&Stapel is exhibited at Unternehmen Mitte in Basel.
